XTC instructors have trained some of the top competitors in the Southwest. XTC recruits instructors from the upper echelons of its sports (BJJ, Muay Thai, kickboxing, etc.) and from within the club-- students who excelled in their classes that became competitors and then eventually instructors.
All of our fitness kickboxing instructors have fitness certifications from our head-of-training and have competed successfully at amateur fighting levels.
All of our grappling instructors are certified coaches by USA wrestling (the sanctioning body for Olympic wrestling) and are at least brown and black belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). Each club’s head grappling coach is a Brown or Black Belt in BJJ. All grappling instructors also attend weekly continuing education training sessions.
Certified Instructors and Trainers. Pros, not amateurs with experience dealing with clients at every level, from average walk ins to pro fighters. Each instructor is a complete package.
