Our 21,000 Square Foot facility is a friendly and welcoming place, open to everyone. We have kid’s programs and women only classes. We even have Yoga, and the incredible CrossFit weight training system. We cater to every level, from beginners all the way to our UFC fighters.

Classes include:
Crossfit
This program will maximize every work out. It is designed to practice and train major lifts: dead lift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, and holds. Bike, run, row, etc, hard and fast. We will have a certified instructor lead the daily work and will mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports and get ready to Throwdown.
Jiu Jitsu (NO-Gi)
Throwdown’s Lister Jiu Jitsu is based in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but also includes the best and most practical aspects of the other grappling combat arts including Judo, Russian SAMBO, folk, freestyle, and Greco-Roman wrestling combined into a solid grappling system by legendary grappler Dean Lister. Dean has used his grappling skills to win submission grappling tournaments world wide, and is the basis of his mixed martial arts fighting style. Our Jiu Jitsu class will not only teach you valuable grappling skills, but is also a great conditioning workout for both cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Our Jiu Jitsu program is divided into Kids grappling, Teen, Basic and Intermediate, Advanced, Masters (age 36+), Womens only, and Gi classes. Members will be assigned to the appropriate class based on experience and will advance as their skill level improves. Belts are awarded based on skill level and accomplishments.
Boxing
The Throwdown Boxing Program is as real as it gets! Our program utilizes boxing techniques and training methods used by Professional and Amateur fighters. As well as being a superior workout that will develop invaluable self-defense skills, it is the perfect combination of cardiovascular and muscular training. The classes are taught by professional fighters who take you though their very own workout including: stretching, skipping rope, shadow boxing, combination drills, bag work, lower-body conditioning, and abdominal work in every class. Our Boxing Program is great for beginners to learn the fundamentals and excellent for intermediate - advance students, just for the workout or as a warm-up before you enter the ring to spar. This class involves light bag contact that requires hand wraps and boxing gloves. Bring a towel and water and dress to sweat!
Pankration
An amateur MMA class with no striking to the head. This class is open to all.
Kickboxing / Muay Thai
This is a High Intensity class that is designed to perfect your skills while developing strength and conditioning. Perfect for the novice through expert, we will reinforce proper form and technique while teaching a blend of American Kickboxing and traditional Muay Thai. Our classes are taught by professional fighters who take you though their very own workout including: stretching, skipping rope, shadow boxing, combination drills, bag work, lower-body conditioning, and abdominal work in every class. This class will get you ready to Throwdown and involves light bag-contact that requires hand wraps and boxing gloves. Shoes optional.
Wrestling
Our Wrestling program is designed for our Grapplers to gain the mat experience and knowledge of a variety of takedown techniques and basic takedown defense. Once they have become proficient in the basics, we transition our focus on defeating highly skilled wrestlers by capitalizing on their own strengths and better our overall grappling game.
